Melissa Chelius

Melissa Chelius was born in Allentown, PA, but raised in the city of Orange, CA from the age of 2. Melissa graduated from Villa Park High School and went on to college at California State University, Fullerton. She graduated Cal State Fullerton Cum Laude with her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with an emphasis in Corporate and International Financial Management.

With a swift suggestion by her husband to enter into real estate, Melissa pursued her real estate license and has grown a passion for assisting clients- both buyers and sellers. Melissa was mentored by her broker, Ron Accornero, a 30 year veteran in the real estate business. She currently works under him as an associate Realtor at OC Signature Properties.

Melissa loves working in a boutique real estate office, which primarily serves Orange, Villa Park and North Tustin. She has been named Top Producer for 2014 and 2015 for OC Signature Properties. Melissa prides herself in ‘servicing all of Orange County’ having completed transactions from Mission Viejo to Huntington Beach, and as far inland as La Habra/La Habra Heights. However, having lived and worked in Orange resident for over 20 years, Melissa primarily services clients in Orange and surrounding cities such as North Tustin, Anaheim Hills, Tustin, and Anaheim Hills. 

Melissa strives to maintain a high standard of quality customer service, customized for each client. Accuracy and efficiency are of the utmost importance to her, incorporating high levels of communication and up to date technology. 

In her spare time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, participating in the Orange Mom’s Group with monthly play dates and meetings, supporting the Orangewood Children’s foundation. and working and planning charity events for The Children's Bureau.
